Sam Miller Comedy Workshop

*Must be between the ages of 13-20.

The application below is for a five -week comedy workshop hosted by Sam Miller and The Bridge Music Project. During this workshop, participants will learn from a professional comedian on how to create and perform an original stand-up routine. This workshop will happen at The Bridge headquarters in Olympia.

workshop summary:

·     Each week, participants will work in pairs to complete their routines with guidance from a professional comedian.

·      We will participate in team building icebreakers to unite the group. 

·      After the 4th week of workshops youth will perform their routines in a live stand-up show setting.

Some Key expectations:

In order for the workshop to be successful, it is important that every participant show up to all sessions.

In order to continue participating in this workshop, you can miss no more than two sessions.

• Wednesday, May 6th - 5pm to 7pm

• Wednesday, May 13th - 5pm to 7pm

• Wednesday, May 20th - 5pm to 7pm

*After submitting your application, a member of The Bridge Music Project staff will call to do a short interview. All those who complete an application are invited to participate.
